Kaitlin has been part of Dr. Markham's team since 2021, bringing her expertise as a dental assistant. Before joining Dr. Markham's office, Kaitlin worked at another orthodontic practice. A Horsham native, she attended Hatboro-Horsham High School.
Kaitlin finds orthodontics fascinating because, to her, it's like creating art with teeth. She enjoys helping patients build confidence through beautiful smiles, particularly when working with children. Kaitlin loves the close-knit, family-like atmosphere at Dr. Markham's office, which makes coming to work a joyful experience.
Outside of the office, Kaitlin spends her time with her two children, Kennedy and Luella. She is also passionate about crocheting, reading, snowboarding, and attending concerts.
Emily is a dedicated dental assistant at Dr. Markham's office, where she thrives as part of an incredible team committed to transforming patients' smiles and boosting their confidence. A resident of Warminster, Emily lives with her parents, three brothers, and a collection of pets, including three cats and a dog. She graduated from William Tennett High School and furthered her education at Middle Bucks Institute of Technology for dental assisting. Emily aspires to become a dental hygienist.
Emily enjoys the teamwork at Dr. Markham's practice, which she believes creates the best care experience for their patients. In her free time, Emily loves hanging out with her friends and family, as well as watching movies from the Marvel and Fast & Furious franchises.
Gillo is a skilled dental assistant who has been with Dr. Markham's practice for over eight years. With a passion for hands-on work, Gillon enjoys both the people she works with and the patients she serves. She is originally from Abington and currently resides in Willow Grove.
When she isn't at work, Gillon enjoys spending time with his family and friends, shopping, and reading. A fun fact about Gillon is that his father, a self-proclaimed mediocre poker player, regularly loses to Rick Markham, much to the family's amusement.
Cindy, the friendly receptionist at Dr. Markham's office, is a lifelong Warminster resident. She has over a decade of experience working in orthodontics, including a 12-year stint at another office. Recently, Cindy volunteered at the elementary school her sons attended, a role that allowed her to interact with children—something she loves. Now, she continues to enjoy seeing the bright, happy faces of young patients at Dr. Markham's practice.
Cindy values the kindness and friendliness of the team she works with. Outside of work, Cindy is a proud mother of three boys (and one "grown-up" son in her husband). She also enjoys walking, reading, and spending Friday nights playing games with her family.
Hi. I am a dental assistant with Dr. Markham. I work on our patients, sterilize instruments, stock supplies, and handle anything else that is needed.
My family is originally from El Salvador, but we have lived in Warminster for 14 years. I am the oldest of five children. I have three brothers and one sister. I attended both William Tennett High School and the Middle Bucks Institute of Technology as part of the dental assisting program.
When I am not working, I like to go to the gym, play soccer, and just hang out with my friends and family.
I love being part of the dental field and seeing smiles change. Everyone at Dr. Markham’s office is supportive and she is an amazing doctor. I learn so much from her.
Rick is the office manager at Dr. Markham's practice and also happens to be her husband. Together, they have two children, Rebecca and Benjamin, and a dog named Georgia. Rick and Dr. Markham met while attending Villanova University, and in 2000, when Dr. Markham opened her orthodontic practice, Rick "volunteered" to help with the daily operations.
Before joining the practice, Rick worked as a Human Resources Manager for an adult literacy non-profit. He holds degrees from Villanova University and Temple Universities.
Rick enjoys spending time with his family, especially on outdoor adventures. The family has visited several national parks, and Rick is an avid fan of Villanova basketball, often spending winter evenings attending games. A native of Glenside, Rick and Dr. Markham now live in Abington, where they own a charming Victorian-era farmhouse that keeps Rick busy with ongoing home projects.
